Pain is a signal. We help you understand what it's telling you.
Most people living with persistent pain have been told to “rest and see how it goes”. Many have tried painkillers, heat packs, or waiting it out — and are still in pain months or years later.
The reason is usually the same: the root cause hasn’t been identified. Pain in your knee might be coming from your hip. Back pain might be driven by how you move, not just where it hurts. Without a proper assessment, you’re treating symptoms — not the problem.
At Stockton Heath Physiotherapy & Wellness, we start with a thorough assessment to understand not just where you’re in pain, but why. Then we build a structured plan to fix it.
