Most people HOPE that when they get pain in their knee, back or neck, tension and tightness in their muscles, headaches that spring on them out of nowhere, and annoying pain in their joints – that IT WILL GO AWAY ON ITS OWN.

They wake up each morning hoping it will have gone… But sadly, only to find its still there and then 6 months later (or even years) they’re still living with the problem – often even worse than it was when it came on.

We get asked everyday why these types of things last longer than they should. One of the most common reasons is that people will tell you different things and it’s very difficult to know who to listen to. There are lots of people out there who are happy to dispense information on injuries and treatments however though they may mean well they may not always be credible.
