Why Choose Us for Pilates?
- Our Pilates classes are led by Healthcare Professionals who have an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and movement.
- Classes are small to allow for individual attention and tailoring the class to the participants
- Our Pilates teachers are trained by APPI (Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) for quality assurance.
- Suitable for all abilities (no experience necessary)
- A warm and friendly welcoming group!
- 1:1 appointment offered prior to enrolling on a course
Our classes are small and welcoming, allowing for personalised attention and instruction. We use a variety of mat work exercises and equipment, but do not use reformer or other large apparatus. We keep things simple and find our patients get the most benefit from this approach.
